A group of Serbian CSOs and media filed a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection for the incomplete response of the Institute of Public Health of Serbia concerning health data of Serbian citizens. According to the Coalition for Freedom of Access to Information, the public has a right to be familiar with the preventive measures and data on COVID-19 infected persons. In such a way, citizens will become more aware of the seriousness of the existing situation and will make a greater contribution to preventing irreparable damage to human lives, and to the healthcare system of Serbia.
