April 30, 2020IDM prepared a brochure in the framework of the project: “Civic Monitoring of transparency and accountability at local self-government level”. The primary aim of the project is to improve transparency and accountability at self-government level. The project aims to strengthen grassroots CSOs’ role and capacities in monitoring the implementation of the Law 119/2014 “On the right to information” at local self-government level, through monitoring and evaluating the Transparency Program in 12 municipalities in Albania. The grant is supported by the ‘Civil Society programme for Albania and Kosovo’, financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managed by KCSF in partnership with Partners Albania for Change and Development.
