January 22, 202012 European CSOs unveiled their set of recommendations for a successful Conference on the Future of Europe. The recommendations emerged as outcome of a series of brainstorming sessions between European CSOs held in autumn 2019. The CSOs’ common key recommendations for the Conference on the Future of Europe are: an open mandate for the Conference; a wide-ranging approach; a democratic process with wide participation and deep deliberation with individual citizens and CSOs from across the Union; a multi-step approach allowing individual citizens and CSOs to give input at different levels of expertise, etc. Read more here.
