Ahead of Croatia’s presidency of the Council of the European Union, GONG issued recommendations for effective advocacy for the priorities identified by CSOs from Croatia gathered in the informal Network Forum 2020. The EU Council Presidency opens up several opportunities to enhance the dialogue between the Croatian public administration and CSOs on European public policies. This is a unique opportunity to establish more transparent and open management of European affairs in Croatia and to strengthen the capacity of Croatian CSOs to advocate for the values and priorities that should be on the EU Council agenda during the six-month presidency.
