The rule of law has to be one of the main goals of the Berlin Process and it is necessary to bring the reforms closer to citizens in a less complicated way and improve regional cooperation – this was the conclusion of the panel discussion “The Berlin Process: Ahead of the Poznań Summit” organised by the Politikon Network and the Institute for Democracy “Societas Civilis” from Skopje (IDSCS). According to the panelists, it is important that the rule of law is on the Berlin Process agenda, because it is a special framework, which includes the countries of the Western Balkans, the European Union, the European Commission, as well as civil society, the business sector and youth.
