The 11th Annual Council Meeting (ACM) of the network took place on 10th of April, 2019, in Belgrade, Serbia, hosted by Civic Initiatives. The annual gathering brought together representatives of 13 members to discuss the network’s work in the past year and the current one by approving the Annual Report 2018 and Annual Plan 2019. The Council discussed results from fundraising initiatives, the accountability framework, membership and strategies to include organizations from other countries in the Balkans. Discussions were open regarding the update of BCSDN financial and procurement policies, as well as suggested changes to the statute of the Network. BCSDN Statute will be open for review in the coming months and potential changes will be submitted to the Council for adoption. Update
