April 1, 2019In continuation of its efforts to support the development of social entrepreneurship in Albania, Partners Albania has translated in English the legal package on social enterprises in Albania. The package includes the Law no. 65/216 “For Social Enterprises in the Republic of Albania”, instructions “On the procedures and documentation required for recognition status of social enterprises”, as well as several relevant decisions. It is important that all actors involved in social enterprises eco-system be informed on the respective legal framework. Find out more here.
