The specific objective of this call for proposal is to support organizations active in the field of human rights, targeting principally, but not exclusively, actions under the following thematic priorities: Lot 1 – Prevention against risks of imprisonment/conflict with the law as well as assistance and rehabilitation for former prison inmates including strengthening linkages to reintegration services; Lot 2 – Promoting of LGBT rights in the Albanian society, including media, workplace, inclusive access to rights and services, legislation and public awareness; and Lot 3 – Support to Human Right Defenders. The overall indicative amount made available under this call is EUR 1.200.000, with EUR 300.000 per Lot 1 and 2, and EUR 600.000 per Lot 3. Any grant requested under Lot 1 and 2 should fall between EUR 150.000 and EUR 300.000, and between EUR 300.000 and EUR 600.000 under Lot 3, with 60%-95% of the total eligible costs of the action. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 24 months nor exceed 36 months. More information is available here.
