Independent Journalists’ Association of Vojvodina , in cooperation with the Media Department of the OSCE Mission in Serbia has drawn up a Guide to Civil Society Media, trying to present to the professional and the general public, a media phenomenon present in developed democracies, a significant tool for the citizens in satisfying public interest in the field of public information, and in insufficiently known and definitely under-used model of media organization. In the publication you can find insights into the experience of developed countries with civil society media, the legal framework for the functioning of the media in Serbia, as well as the possibility of meeting the needs and rights of national and other minorities through these newsletters. Also, you can find practical advice on how to conceive and organize the management of these media, which are the most effective models for managing and finding funding for the work, implement and monitor the media projects, and more.
