November 2, 2016This publication represents an overview of the most important results of the project „Civil Society Enabling Environment” which was implemented with the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) by the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in the period from 2014 to 2016. The largest part of this publication is an overview of the current state of play in civil sector as well as recommendations from the first of regular annual conferences „Permanent Dialogue Days“, a platform for cooperation and exchange of opinions between public and civil sector in Serbia.
