The Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) has been contracted by the “Millennium Challenge Corporation” (MCC – US Government agency) through Social Impact assist the evaluation of Stage II of Albania Threshold Program (ATP) in relation to ATP assistance for urban planning reform and strengthening civil society in its anticorruption advocacy efforts. Ending in 2011, ATP’s 2nd stage focused on governance and business environment reforms, aiming to improve the performance of the Government of Albania on the MCC policy indicators. The evaluation process, led by Social Impact Inc. is an essential part of ATP accountability and a standard part of MCC’s donor assistance.
