March 8, 2012MCMS and IDM in cooperation with and Ecological Association “Deshat” from Debar on the 23rd and 24th of March will organize a forum of civil society organizations in cross-border regions of Macedonia and Albania. Participants will cover: CSOs and foundations, unions, chambers of commerce, employers’ organizations and religious communities and units of local government and local institutions (agencies, schools, universities, etc…).
